Ronnie Garcia
President

Ronnie Garcia is a Sergeant at the Richardson Police Department, serving the city since 2017. He is a member of the SWAT team and instructs a variety of courses at the police department. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University. He is an active member at his local church.
Matt Lynch
Vice President

Matt Lynch has spent over 20 years in law enforcement, serving his community with dedication and pride. He’s a Master Peace Officer, SWAT team member, and the Founding President of FOP Lodge 105. Known for his leadership and teamwork, Matt is committed to supporting fellow officers and making a positive impact both on and off duty.
Kevin Collins
2nd vice president

Kevin Collins began his career with the Richardson Police Department in 2016 and is currently assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division as a detective. In addition to his investigative role, he serves on the department’s SWAT team and is a Defensive Tactics Instructor. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Texas State University.
Zach Matthews
Secretary

Zach Matthews is a Sergeant at the Richardson Police Department and has been serving the city since 2016. He currently serves as a Defensive Tactics, Driving, and Active Shooter instructor and is a member of the Collin County Threat Assessment and Threat Management team. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Studies from Ouachita Baptist University.

Ramon (Ray) Nieto has been with the Richardson Police Department since September 1997. He started in Detention Division then transferred to Patrol Division in 2007. Ray is currently on Mobile Field Force and has Master Peace Officer certification through TCOLE. He has been with FOP Lodge 105 since its inception in September 2009.

Brandon Boren has been with the Richardson Police Department since 2017 and is assigned to the Patrol Division. He is a Police Training Officer, Police Driving Instructor in addition to serving on the Crisis Intervention and Bike Teams.
Victor Diaz
State Trustee
Victor Diaz is a detective at RPD and has been serving the City of Richardson since 2006. Detective Diaz is currently assigned as a Task Force Officer with the Dallas FBI, Violent Crime Task Force. He is a member of the SWAT team and has been a TCOLE instructor for over 10 years. He holds a Master Peace Officer license through TCOLE and is a subject matter expert in gang-related topics/investigations.
Micah Booker
Chairman of the Trustees

Micah Booker has been with the Richardson Police Department since 2018. In that time he has served as a Patrol Officer, Detective and is currently assigned to the K9 Unit. Officer Booker obtained a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Texas A&M University-Commerce prior to joining Richardson PD.
Timothy Fry

Officer Fry has been with Richardson PD since 2020. Currently assigned to the Patrol Division where he is a UAS Operator. He enjoys gaming and spending time at home with his family.
Cameron Foor
trustee

Cameron Foor has been with the Richardson Police Department since May 2022. He is currently assigned to the patrol division. Cameron is also a member of the Bike Team and Mobile Field Force.
Dylan Lee
trustee

Officer Lee has been with the Richardson Police Department since January of 2023. He is currently assigned to the patrol division. Officer Lee is also a member of the Honor Guard Unit and Mobile Field Force. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
